§ 30.04 PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCES.
   With respect to publication of ordinances under the provisions of KRS 83A.060(9), the City Council hereby directs that, unless specified otherwise in the body of the ordinance, all ordinances which qualify for summary publication shall be published is summary rather than in full.
