345.04 DEFACING OR INJURING SIGNS.
   No person shall willfully deface, injure, remove or destroy any traffic sign on public grounds.

345.05 SPEED LIMITS.
   No person shall operate a motor vehicle on public grounds at a speed greater than is reasonable or proper, having due regard to traffic, including pedestrian traffic, and to any other conditions then existing, and no person shall drive any motor vehicle on public grounds at a greater speed than will permit him or her to bring it to a stop within the assured clear distance ahead. It shall be prima-facie lawful for the operator of a motor vehicle on public grounds to operate the same at a speed not to exceed fifteen miles per hour. It shall be prima-facie unlawful for any person to exceed such speed limitation of fifteen miles per hour. In every charge of violation of this section the affidavit and warrant shall specify the time and place of the violation and the speed at which the defendant is alleged to have driven.

345.06 EMERGENCY OR PUBLIC SAFETY VEHICLES EXCEPTED.
   The prima-facie speed limitation set forth in Section 345.05 shall not apply to emergency vehicles or public safety vehicles responding to emergency calls when the driver thereof is sounding audible signals by bell, siren or whistle. This provision shall not relieve the driver of an emergency vehicle or public safety vehicle from the duty to drive with due regard for the safety of all persons using such public grounds.

345.07 DRIVING ON RIGHT SIDE OF ROAD.
   All motor vehicles shall be driven upon the right half of any approach or driveway on public grounds, except as follows:
   (a)   Unless otherwise directed by a police officer;
   (b)   Unless the right half of the driveway is closed to traffic;
   (c)   Unless such approach or driveway is sign posted for one-way traffic;
   (d)   Unless it is for single-lane traffic in both directions.
