Such private policemen and private policewomen must show and file with the Director of Public Safety on an annual basis a copy of the record which satisfies all the provisions of Ohio R.C. 4749.03(A)(1)(d), which requires comprehensive general liability insurance coverage or such other equivalent guarantee as approved by the State Director of Commerce in such form and in principal amounts satisfactory to the State Director of Commerce, but not less than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for each person and three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for each occurrence for bodily injury liability, and one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for property damage liability.
