Any hand gun or other weapon that will be carried or used by any private policeman or policewoman referred to in this chapter shall be registered with the Chief of Police of the City prior to granting a commission. No private policemen or private policewomen may be armed while on duty unless they have first complied with the provisions of Ohio R.C. Chapter 109.
