No person shall operate a billiard room between the hours of 2:30 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. or harbor or permit any person to be or remain in any such billiard room any day of the week between the hours of 2:30 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.
This section shall not prevent regular employees from performing necessary work within the premises. A police officer shall have access at all times to all billiard rooms or to any part of the building where they are located.

All billiard rooms shall be kept at all times in a clean, healthful and sanitary condition. No dice shall be thrown nor shall a peaball be used, nor shall cards or other games of chance or any form of gambling be permitted in any billiard room.

The license of any billiard room may be revoked by the Mayor for disorderly or immoral conduct on the premises, or violation of any of the rules, regulations, ordinances and laws applying to billiard rooms. Every licensee shall keep his or her license conspicuously displayed.

No owner or operator of a billiard or pool room shall permit or suffer any person to play at the game of billiards or pool on Sunday between the hours of 12:01 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
No person shall play at the game of billiards or pool at such public place on Sunday between the hours 12:01 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than sixty days, or both, for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
