GENERAL PROVISIONS
For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ANYBODY. Any human being, or any organization or combination thereof, in the form of a corporation, partnership, joint venture, unincorporated, associated or otherwise.
EVERYBODY. Every human being, or any organization or combination thereof, in the form of a corporation, partnership, joint venture, unincorporated, associated or otherwise.
MOTOR VEHICLE. Any wheeled vehicle propelled by any means other than gravity or muscular power.
NOBODY. No human being, or any organization or combination thereof, in the form of a corporation, partnership, joint venture, unincorporated, associated or otherwise.
PARKED MOTOR VEHICLE. Any motor vehicle in which the engine thereof is not in operation.
PARKED TRAILER. Any trailer which is not in the process of being towed by a motor vehicle.
PERSON. Any human being, or any organization or combination thereof in the form of a corporation, partnership, joint venture, unincorporated, associated or otherwise.
TRAILER. Any wheeled vehicle designed to be towed by a motor vehicle.
