In the absence of the establishment of a different monetary penalty for the civil enforcement of an ordinance of the city within the definition of a “parking ordinance” as defined in KRS 82.600(3), the monetary penalty therefor is hereby established at the sum of $25 for each violation, which shall be doubled in the event that the citation is not paid or otherwise responded to pursuant to KRS 82.615, within seven days after the citation.
