§ 72.09 STREET SWEEPING.
   (A)   At least 48 hours prior to the day any street in the city is scheduled to be swept by or for the city, the Mayor shall cause notices to be conspicuously posted thereon, which shall identify the day on which the street is scheduled to be swept, and include a notice that this section prohibits any motor vehicle from being parked thereon at any time before the street is swept on the day scheduled therefor; and that any motor vehicle parked in violation of this section shall be towed at the owner’s expense.
   (B)   On those days that a street in the city is scheduled to be swept by or for the city, and the notices required hereby have been posted thereon, nobody shall cause, permit, allow, aid, assist, encourage or engage in the parking of a motor vehicle thereon, at any time before the street is swept on the day scheduled therefor; and any motor vehicle parked in violation shall be towed and impounded at the expense of the owner, pursuant to KRS 82.625.
