Nobody shall conspire, cause, permit, promote, allow, aid, assist, encourage, or engage in any violation of any provision of this chapter; and each and every such violation shall be a separate offense for which the only penalty shall be a civil penalty in the amount of $25 for each violation, which shall be doubled in the event that the citation is not paid or otherwise responded to pursuant to KRS 82.615 within seven days after the citation.
