§ 72.25 CIVIL VIOLATIONS.

Pursuant to the authority of KRS 82.605, the city hereby elects to enforce parking ordinances as defined in KRS 82.600(3), as civil violations pursuant to the procedures set forth in KRS 82.600 through KRS 82.640.
