960.03 APPLICABILITY.

Chapter 960 (hereinafter referred as "this chapter") shall apply to all water entering the MS4 generated on any developed and undeveloped lands and all earth-disturbing activity on any developed and undeveloped lands, except for those discharges generated by the activities detailed in Section 960.14(b)(1) to (b)(5), or explicitly exempted by the City Engineer.
