Statutory reference:
For state law providing that, notwithstanding any Charter provision to the contrary, any municipality may provide by ordinance for the creation and maintenance of a municipal court and the like, and to authorize such court and the judge thereof to exercise such jurisdiction, judicial powers and duties as set forth in W.Va.
