(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any defendant who shall knowingly make a false statement of a material fact to any question contained in the questionnaire authorized by § 37.26 shall be guilty of false swearing under § 37.26 and, upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $100 or 30 days imprisonment or both such fine and imprisonment.
