§ 94.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   If any person(s) shall violate §§ 94.01 through 94.11, he or she shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor and shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $50 or imprisoned not exceeding 30 days as provided by G.S. § 14-4. Each day the violation continues to exist shall be considered a separate offense.
   (C)   The violation of §§ 94.25 through 94.28 shall constitute a misdemeanor punishable upon conviction by a fine not exceeding $50 or by imprisonment not exceeding 30 days, as provided in G.S. § 14-4.
   (D)   Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of §§ 94.40 through 94.48 shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not exceeding $50 and/or imprisoned for not exceeding 30 days. Each day a person, firm or corporation violates that subchapter shall be considered a separate offense.
