§ 99.03 PLACEMENT OF MERCHANDISE.
   (A)   No person conducting the sale shall place the merchandise offered beyond the edge of the sidewalk nearest to the home or garage, nor shall any merchandise be placed on the property of another party without first obtaining the permission of the adjoining property owner or occupant.
   (B)   In the event that no sidewalks exist at the residence, then the merchandise offered for sale shall not be placed closer than ten feet from the abutting street.
   (C)   No sale shall be conducted in any way so as to impede pedestrian or vehicular traffic on any sidewalk, street or public way in the city. All traffic regulations shall apply and will be strictly enforced.
