§ 10.99 GENERAL PENALTY.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to violate or fail to comply with any prohibited act of this code and when no specific penalty is provided, the violation of any provision of this code shall be deemed a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $500; provided that, the fine for an offense under this code shall not be less than, nor greater than, the fine imposed by any state statute for the same offense. Each day any violation of any provision of this code shall continue shall constitute a separate offense. Applicable court costs shall be added in every case.
   (B)   Whenever it is allowed by a subject ordinance, enforcement may be taken through the Code Enforcement Board, per ordinance enacted on 4-30-2003 by Ord. 09-2003.
