PERPETUAL CARE TRUST FUND

§ 95.01 ESTABLISHMENT.

   A perpetual trust fund to be used solely for the maintenance and care of the city cemetery is hereby created to be known as the “Elizabethtown City Cemetery Perpetual Care Trust Fund”.
