7-4-1: CEMETERY BOARD:
   A.   Appointment: There is hereby created a cemetery board consisting of five (5) members, to be appointed by the mayor, subject to confirmation by the city council.
   B.   Adopt Rules And Regulations: The cemetery board shall adopt rules and regulations for its operation which shall be subject to approval by the city council. (1991 Code § 1-47)
7-4-2: CEMETERY MANAGEMENT:
   A.   Council Authority: The city council shall have the sole authority and responsibility for the management of the municipal cemetery tracts, including the right to correct any errors which may occur. (1991 Code § 16-100; amd. 2013 Code)
   B.   Recording Plats With County: Plats of the cemetery tracts and property dedications shall be recorded in the office of the Comanche County clerk. (1991 Code § 16-100)
   C.   Lot Sizes, Costs: Each lot shall be divided into sixteen (16) burial lots; each lot shall be designated in the following manner: A-1, A-2, A-3, A-4, B-1, B-2, B-3, B-4, C-1, C-2, C-3, C-4, D-1, D-2, D-3 and D-4. Each lot shall be impartially priced at one hundred twenty five dollars ($125.00) for lots measuring four feet by nine feet (4' x 9'); and two hundred dollars ($200.00) for lots measuring five feet by thirteen feet (5' x 13'); and any person may purchase as many lots as they may desire.    D.   Lot Sales Subject To Rules And Regulations: All lot sales shall be subject to these and subsequent rules and regulations adopted by the city council.
   E.   Transfer Of Lots: Ownership of lots shall be nontransferable, except by written permission of the city. (1991 Code § 16-100; amd. 2013 Code)
