145.04 MEETINGS.

   The dates of meetings of the Park and Recreation Commission and rules of meetings shall be those established by a majority vote of the Commission.

145.05 PLANS.

   The Park and Recreation Commission shall establish plans for the development of a park system and Municipal recreation program of the City.

145.06 ANNUAL REPORT.

   The Park and Recreation Commission shall present a yearly budget proposal to the recreation committee of Council.

145.07 RECOMMENDATIONS.

   (a)   The Park and Recreation Commission shall recommend changes, improvements or modifications of the park system or recreation program.

   (b)   The Commission may recommend the expenditures of funds by Council to provide for the improvement or enlargement or both of the park system and recreation program.

   (c)   The Commission may recommend the hiring of personnel to provide for the improvement of the park system and recreation program.

145.08 MONTHLY REPORTS.

   The Park and Recreation Commission shall make monthly reports to Council, including but not limited to the source of the revenues or funds received, the total amount so received, the expenditures made from the fund, the nature and purpose of the expenditures and the remaining cash balance in the fund.

145.09 ANNUAL REPORT.

   The Park and Recreation Commission shall render an annual report of its activities to Council. (1978 Code Sec. 2-36.)

145.10 ADDITIONAL POWERS AND DUTIES.

   In addition to the powers and duties provided for in this article, the Park and Recreation Commission shall have all other duties or powers which may be provided by amendments to this article by Council. (1978 Code Sec. 2-37.)
