(A) A custodial fund is hereby established called the Law Enforcement Custodial Fund.
(B) All cash seized by the Dublin City Police Department shall be deposited into the city’s general bank account and accounted for in the Law Enforcement Custodial Fund until an order issued by the court directs the distribution of the cash to the appropriate parties or returned to the owner.
