§ 32.04 MANDATORY DRUG FINE FIND.
   (A)   The Police Chief is hereby authorized and directed to accept cash from the mandatory drug fines imposed on convicted drug offenders in accordance with R.C. § 2925.03.
   (B)   There is established the Mandatory Drug Fine Fund, a Special Revenue Fund, in which the Police Chief shall deposit all mandatory drug fines received.
   (C)   The fund shall be used only to subsidize the city's law enforcement efforts pertaining to drug offenses.
