14-1-020: ADOPTION OF STATE TRANSPORTATION CODE:
Utah Code Annotated title 72, as amended, the transportation code, is hereby adopted by this reference as if fully set forth in this code; provided, however, that those provisions which are exclusive to the state of Utah or which are not enforceable by Draper City under the laws of the state of Utah, are excluded.
