17-1-010: SHORT TITLE:
This title shall be known as the DRAPER CITY SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE or as the LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE. This title shall also be known as title 17 of this code. It may be cited and pleaded under any of the above stated designations. (Ord. 480, 12-3-2002, eff. 1-1-2003)
