Any person, partnership, corporation or other entity charged with the duty of giving such notification required by § 11-101 hereof may by written notice to the Township or by default by failing to timely give the notification required by § 11-101 hereof, elect for any calendar year or part thereof to pay the Township an annual fee for such calendar year or any part thereof payable on or before December 15 of each such year or part thereof in the amount as established from time to time by resolution of the Board of Supervisors for the use of the Township for the services of the Officers of the Township in obtaining such information as to each such building, and such fee payable as aforesaid is hereby imposed on the use of the Township upon such person, partnership, corporation or other entity for any such services as to each such building performed by any Township Officer in any calendar year in, which such election is so made by any such person, partnership, corporation or other entity charged with the duty of giving the notification required by § 11-101 hereof.
