Building permits are based on a fee scale. The total gross cost of the job including all subcontracts will be used to factor the fee. A copy of the actual contract to construct or reliance on the Building Valuation table will be used to determine a reasonable assessment of the contract price.

$500,001 and up | $1,117 for the first $500,000 plus $2.25 for each additional thousand or fraction thereof. |
