147.22 MINIMUM SALARY OF THE CHIEF AND ASSISTANT CHIEF OF THE DIVISIONS OF POLICE AND FIRE.

(a) The base salary of the Chief of Police shall be the greater of the salary computed in accordance with Sections 147.16, 147.17, 147.18, 147.19 and 147.20 or 120% of the base salary fixed by collective bargaining agreement for a Police Lieutenant.

(b) The base salary of the Assistant Chief of Police shall be the greater of the salary computed in accordance with Sections 147.16, 147.17, 147.18, 147.19 and 147.20 or 110% of the base salary fixed by collective bargaining agreement for a Police Lieutenant.

(c) The base salary of the Fire Chief shall be the greater of the salary computed in accordance with Sections 147.16, 147.17, 147.18, 147.19 and 147.20 or 120% of the base salary fixed by collective bargaining agreement for a Fire Captain.

(d) The base salary of the Assistant Fire Chief shall be the greater of the salary computed in accordance with Sections 147.16, 147.17, 147.18, 147.19 and 147.20 or 110% of the base salary fixed by collective bargaining agreement for a Fire Captain.
