CHAPTER 242 Fire Protection

EDITOR'S NOTE: The City does not have a Fire Department. Fire protection services for the City and its inhabitants are provided by the Davison Area Fire Authority. Copies of the Agreement between the City and the Authority are available, at cost, from the City Clerk.

There are no sections in Chapter 242. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and any future legislation.
