668.10 FALSE ALARMS.

No person shall give any false alarm of fire, or falsely start the cry of fire, or ring any alarm in the City with the design of giving any false alarm of fire. No person shall gather together or accumulate any wood, boards, boxes or any other combustible matter for the purpose or with the design of causing an alarm of fire.
