1042.19 CONSTRUCTION OF MAINS, HYDRANTS, VALVES, ETC.

All water mains, hydrants, valves and other appurtenances shall be constructed in accordance with modern acceptable standards and the specifications of the owner's engineer which have been approved by the City Manager.
