CITY OF DALLAS, TEXAS CODE OF ORDINANCES
SEC. 51A-4.329.1.   OFFENSES.
   A person commits an offense if he operates a use:
      (1)   in violation of a special parking agreement executed and filed pursuant to Section 51A-4.328; or
      (2)   without a valid license required under Section 51A-4.329. (Ord. Nos. 19786; 21660; 29128)
