§ 150.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.

   (B)   (1)   Any person violating any provision of § 150.03(D) shall be fined not more than $750 for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

      (2)   Any person violating any provision of § 150.03(E) shall be fined not more than $750 for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (C)   Any person who shall violate the provisions of § 150.04 shall be punishable as provided by § 10.99 or as authorized by state law.

   (D)   Any person violating the provisions and/or regulations of § 150.16 shall be fined not more than $750 for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (E)   (1)   Any person violating the provisions of § 150.18(A) shall be fined not more than $750 for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

      (2)   Any person violating § 150.18(B) shall be fined not more than $750 for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed for each and every day during which a violation continues to exist.

      (3)   Any person violating the provisions of § 150.18(C)(2) shall be fined not more than $750 for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (F)   Any person found guilty of violating any of the terms of § 150.23 shall be fined not more than $750 for each violation.

   (G)   Any person in violation of any provision of § 150.36 shall be fined not more than $750 for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (H)   Every owner, manager or agent of a single-family residential building shall be required to install the smoke detectors prescribed by § 150.50 and any person violating the provisions and/or regulations hereof shall be fined not more than $750 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (I)   Every owner, manager or agent of a multiple-family residential building shall be required to install the smoke detectors prescribed by § 150.51 and any person violating the provisions and/or regulations of § 150.51 shall be fined not more than $750 for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (J)   Any person violating any applicable provisions of §§ 150.65 through 150.71 shall be fined not more than $750 and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (K)   Any person violating any provision of § 150.25 shall be fined not more than $750 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
