§ 150.71 MISCELLANEOUS FACILITIES REQUIRED.
   (A)   Water fountains.
      (1)   One or more water fountains or other water-dispensing means shall be accessible to and usable by the physically disabled.
      (2)   Water fountains or coolers shall be hand-operated or hand-and-foot-operated, with spouts and controls located at the front.
   (B)   Public telephones.
      (1)   One or more public telephones should be made accessible to and usable by the physically disabled.
      (2)   One or more public telephones should be equipped for those with hearing disabilities and so identified with instructions for use.
   (C)   Elevators. In a multiple-story building, elevators shall be accessible to and usable by the physically disabled on the level that they use to enter the building and at all levels normally used by the general public.
   (D)   Controls. Switches and controls for light, heat, ventilation, windows, draperies, elevators, fire alarms and all similar controls of frequent or essential use shall be placed within the reach of individuals in wheelchairs.
