(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Unless otherwise provided, any person violating any provisions of §§ 93.01 through 93.06 shall be fined not more than $750 for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

(C) Any person violating any provision of §§ 93.20 through 93.27 shall be fined not more than $750 for each offense.
(D) All persons violating §§ 93.28 through 93.31 shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $750.
