§ 93.06 PROHIBITED ACTS.
   (A)   Cruelty to animals. No person shall cruelly treat any animal in the village in any way; any person who inhumanely beats, underfeeds, overloads or abandons any animal shall be deemed guilty of a violation of this chapter.
   (B)   Injury to birds. It shall be unlawful for any person to kill or wound, or attempt to kill or wound any bird, by use of a firearm, slingshot, bow and arrow or otherwise or to take the eggs or young of any bird.
