City drainage system operating revenues are primarily derived from drainage service charges. The appropriate drainage service charge will be determined from the Drainage EQR Schedule (Table 6.4.2) and the unit rate given in Appendix A, Schedule of Rates and Fees, a copy of which is available at the City Manager's office.
