(a) This is a fee designed to provide recovery of capital investment attributable to the development of the City's regional drainage facilities.
(b) Storm drainage system development fees shall be assessed based on the drainage EQR value of the proposed customer (Table 6.4.2), using the unit fee given in Appendix A, Schedule of Rates and Fees, a copy of which is available at the City Manager's office.
