Sec. 13-6-10.   General.
   The Board of Trustees has established water system development fees, sewer system development fees, storm drainage system development fees, tapping fees, service charges and other fee schedules. The current fee rates are reflected in Appendix A, Schedule of Rates and Fees, a copy of which is available at the City Manager's office. These fees may be increased or decreased by the Board of Trustees at any time without notice.
