Sec. 13-4-90.   Swimming pools.
   No public or private swimming pool shall be connected to the sewer system without first obtaining a special permit from the City. Such permit shall define and specify the hours during which water may be discharged from such pools into the sewer system and prescribe the fees and charges thereof.
