Sec. 13-1-60.   Amendment.
   It is specifically acknowledged that the City shall retain the power to amend this Chapter as it deems appropriate, and such amendments shall be entered in the Minutes of the City and periodically incorporated in printed copies of this Chapter. Prior notice of these amendments shall not be required to be provided by the City exercising its amendment powers pursuant to this Section.
