Sec. 7-7-290.   Female dogs in heat.
   Any unspayed female dog, while in heat, shall be securely confined during such period in the owner's yard, pen or other enclosure. Such yard, pen or other enclosure shall be so constructed or situated as to prevent other dogs from gaining access thereto.
