Sec. 7-7-70.   Fowl and rabbits restrained.
   It is unlawful for any person who owns, harbors or keeps within the City limits any chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys or other domestic fowl, or any hare or rabbits, to fail to keep the same securely enclosed in a pen or building, or to permit the same to run at large or to go upon the premises of another.
