Sec. 7-7-30. Hitching animals to public and private property.

It is unlawful for any person to hitch a horse or any other animal to any ornamental fence or railing, tree or bush, whether private or public, without the permission of the owner thereof. It shall be unlawful for any person to hitch any such animal to any lamppost or fire hydrant of the City.
