All funds collected by the City for collection service under this Article shall be credited to a fund to be known as the Trash Fund, the proceeds of which shall be used to defray expenses such as the furnishing and maintaining of necessary equipment and payment of persons employed in the service, agents or contractors of City-licensed operators.
