Sec. 7-3-110.   Uncollected garbage deemed nuisance, failure to comply.
   Fermenting, putrefying, odiferous or unsightly garbage, rubbish or trash dumped in the open or uncollected at the proper time, due to failure of any owner or occupant of property within the Town limits to comply with the terms of these policies or any rule or regulation under this policy, is deemed a nuisance and a violation of this ordinance.
