Sec. 7-2-100.   Dead animal removal.
   When any animal dies in the City, it shall be the duty of the owner or keeper thereof to properly dispose of the body of the animal. If such body is not forthwith removed, the same shall be deemed a nuisance, and such owner or keeper will be the author of the nuisance. When the body of any such dead animal is in any street, highway or public grounds in the City, it shall be the duty of the Chief of Police to cause such body to be removed forthwith beyond the City limits.
