Sec. 7-1-130.   Violations and penalties.
   It is unlawful for a responsible party who has been served a copy of the enforcement/abatement order to fail to comply with the order. Any responsible party who fails to comply with an enforcement order is guilty of a violation of this Section and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine, or by confinement in jail or both, as specified in Sec. 1-4-20, "General penalty for violation," of this Code. Prosecution for failure to comply with an enforcement order as provided herein shall not commence until the time to appeal such order has lapsed. (Ord. 453 § 1, 2024)
