Sec. 7-1-110.   Cumulative remedies.
   Provided notice of the abatement proceeding has been properly made, the failure of the responsible party to appear or participate in the hearing shall, in the Hearing Officer's sole discretion, constitute a waiver of any substantive challenge the responsible party shall have regarding the violation(s), the legality of the abatement or the penalties imposed. (Ord. 453 § 1, 2024)
