Sec. 7-1-50.   Prohibition of nuisances.
   (a)   Any person or entity may be issued a notice of violation as provided in this Article.
   (b)   Each day a violation exists or continues shall constitute a separate and distinct violation for which a separate notice of violation may be issued.
   (c)   Remedies not exclusive. The City's pursuit of an abatement order shall not preclude any other lawful remedy available to the City, including prosecution of violations into a court of law. (Ord. 453 § 1, 2024)
