This franchise shall be in full force and effect from and after the passage, approval and publication of the ordinance codified herein, as by law required, upon acceptance thereof in writing by the Cooperative on or before the tenth day after such publication, and the terms, conditions and covenants hereof shall remain in full force and effect for a period of twenty-five (25) years from and after such passage, approval, publication and acceptance thereof.
