The City shall have the right, without cost, to use all poles of the Cooperative within the City for the purpose of stringing wires thereof for its fire alarm and police signal system; provided, however, that the Cooperative assumes and shall be subject to no liability and shall be subject to no additional expense in connection therewith. It is further provided that the use of said poles by the City shall not interfere in any unreasonable manner with the Cooperative's use of the same.
